Neighborhood Senior Care provides non-medical services to our seniors in their own home. We are there as a resource for care options and coordination of services needed.

The following are a few services/options we offer:

Personal Care Services
(Assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, laundry/light housekeeping, assisted mobility, continence "toileting" care, encourage and assist with exercise, private duty service available in rehab or hospital setting.)

 Companion Services
(Escort for shopping/errands, transport to appointments, plan/prepare meals, daily or weekly visits available, respite care, personal shopping, pharmacy pick up, in home massage therapy, foot care/pedicures, assistance with pet care.)

 Care Coordinator Services
(Assist with arranging doctor appointments, managing medication, weekly wellness checks, evaluation of needed in home services, regular safety checks.) 

 In Home Assessment
(Look for accident prone areas, assure safety with quality checks for smoke detectors, kitchen appliances, electronics, etc., help with organization, assess personal needs daily/weekly.)

 Alzheimer's Care Program
(Check level of cognition, weight management, activity assessment, evaluate safety issues, assess hygiene care, holistic approach working with physicians to prevent progression, optimize mental stimulation.)

 Customized Travel Services
(Coordinates travel plans, provides companionship, offers nursing assistance, airport shuttle, plan itinerary/activities.)
